From famed bit maker, Ray Maheu. 5″ sweet iron mouth with copper inlay and a hinge/scissor joint. This joint prevents it from collapsing on the tongue without added correction.

This used bit comes mounted on this vintage looking Mexican style, one ear headstall. I’m guessing they used loctite as it felt I would damage the headstall trying to separate them.
