Offers a stainless steel core wrapped in leather, providing strength while offering a softer surface than a bare metal bit. The leather softens slightly when moistened, giving a gentler surface for horses with sensitive mouths. Flat, non-abrasive stitching keeps the mouthpiece smooth, reducing the risk of irritation. Ideal for horses that benefit from steady contact, have sensitive mouths, or respond better to a leather-covered bit than a standard metal bit.
