This quality leather Ideal Luxe driving harness is perfect for all disiplines of Carriage driving, durable enough for tough conditions yet attractive for presentation.
The Ideal Luxury (Luxe) bridle is a stunning leather driving bridle with chain browband. The quality leather is delightfully supple straight out of the box
The soft padded headpiece is anatomically shaped to give extra clearance for the ears. A leather face drop enhances the beautiful chain browband and the throatlash is adjustable on both sides. The blinkers are supported by mouldable winker stays allowing you to adjust the room in the blinkers. The nose band, supported by independent noseband hangers, is fully adjustable on both sides and is softly padded. The height of the noseband can be adjusted via the noseband hangers without affecting the blinker height.
The Ideal Luxe breastplate is traditionally styled with a twin strapped wither strap. Soft leather padding to front and wither of the breastplate make it a comfortable and effective breastplate. Nylon webbing is stitched between the leather on bearing surfaces for extra strength
The Ideal Luxe harness comes with traces with D ring end for use with shackles and they have nylon webbing stitched between the leather for extra strength
Rubber grip reins are supplied as standard giving excellent grip
The breeching has nylon webbing stitched between the leather for extra strength and comes complete with trace carriers.
All stitching on the Ideal Luxe harness is raced (sunk) into the leather to prevent rubbing and reduce wear.
Stainless steel fittings as standard, brass with steel pins is available on request as a special order. This harness can also be supplied with full collars on request by special order.
