The Cashmans Tough1 Hay Hoops collapsible wall feeder is a hay net feeder that mounts low on the stall wall to mimic a horse’s natural grazing position, reducing the risk of digestive issues like ulcers and discouraging behavioral vices like cribbing, weaving, and pawing that develop in horses with inadequate forage stimulation. This hay hoop wall feeder comes with a net featuring approximately 2-inch mesh holes that attaches to spiral fittings on the frame, slowing hay consumption and reducing waste while giving the horse a natural, ground-level feeding experience from a mounted position. The collapsible design of this Hay Hoops feeder makes it very simple to use – it folds flat against the wall when empty and opens to hold a flake or portion of hay when filled. The low-mounted, natural feeding position of this wall feeder also reduces the dust and chaff inhalation that results from overhead hay nets and elevated hay racks.
This Tough1 Hay Hoops Wall Feeder is easy to fill, easy to clean, and simple to install on a stall wall at the correct height. The 2-inch mesh net included with this hay hoop feeder slows consumption to extend hay eating time and reduce waste beyond what an open hay net provides. Cashmans carries this hay hoop wall feeder alongside slow feed hay nets, hay cradles, round bale feeders, and other hay feeding and management options.
